1. Overload protection, when the cone is broken for crushing operation, the non-crushing material into the gravel chamber, crusher will increase the crushing force, then the hydraulic cylinder can supply thrust is lower than the thrust plate influence on the pressure on the working cylinder, then the oil pressure in the high-pressure oil chamber of the working cylinder rises instantaneously, the throttle valve makes the action valve work, limit the thrust plate to protect the machine.

2. Automatic discharge of crushed matter. When the crushed stone chamber is carried out in the crushed stone chamber, due to the great thrust limitation provided by the working cylinder, the piston moves to the right and retract, and the discharge port of the cone crusher will be added accordingly.

3. Automatic recovery, when the hydraulic system piston of the cone crusher is located in the retractable position, the action valve in the state of no chamber instantaneous high pressure to restore the upper limit position of the valve core, stop the oil discharge to the system, at this time, the plunger type injection pump under the influence of the oil pressure adjustment system with a larger pump oil to the system until the working cylinder piston moves left to the limit position, The cone crusher is restored to normal working condition and the crushing process is automated.

2： Ensure the hydraulic system clean

It is recommended to use the same type of hydraulic oil for cleaning, otherwise, it may cause damage to the cone crusher.
1. The hydraulic cylinder should adopt a closed device, and select the appropriate hydraulic oil according to the requirements of the multi-cylinder hydraulic cone broken manufacturer. If there are special circumstances to replace other hydraulic oil, it is best to communicate with the manufacturer first, and then choose the hydraulic oil closest to the requirements of the hydraulic system, and do not mix with other different brands of hydraulic oil.
2. When adding hydraulic oil to the hydraulic system, it must be strictly filtered by a clean oil filter, and then added to the hydraulic cylinder. The amount of oil added should be filled with the system pipeline and machine components, and kept within the scope of the oil standard.
3. Before being put into use, the hydraulic system components, pipelines and other systems need to be thoroughly cleaned, and the worn parts need to be replaced and maintained.
4. In order to avoid the entry of other foreign bodies into the tank, it is better to adopt a closed tank device, and equipped with a certain precision air filter at the entrance.

3：Timely replacement of hydraulic oil

1. Usually the new hydraulic oil color will be relatively light, there is no obvious odor, but with the extension of the use time, long-term high temperature oxidation, and other impurities generated by operation, can deepen the color of the hydraulic oil, if it is found that the color of the hydraulic oil of the cone crusher is black and brown, and accompanied by odor, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil in time.

2. It should be noted that the filter must be used when adding hydraulic oil, and the filter should be clean. When fueling properly, you need to follow the prescribed range of oil levels.
